I just want to complain about an agent who work on 14/5/2017 about 9.20 a.m. He takes too much time to find the parcel and let his partner(A malay with chinesse look alikes) work alone on his counter. His partner already serves 10-15 customer, but untill then he still didnt show up with his lost parcel. Its not convenience to your customer to wait for this long because of the agent of the counter is not effective and worked really slow. His performance really dissapointed us a customer. I can hear a men laughing and enjoying at tge other sides of the door. Is it he really find the parcel or just enjoying back there. Im so dissapointed with the service of pos laju especially of the agent. I hope pos laju can take this cases seriously.

  3. Di sini saya ingin membuat aduan berkenaan parcel yang tidak diterima sejak 6/6/2017 sehingga hari ini . Berkali – kali saya call pada pekerja poslaju yang sepatutnya dipertanggung jawabkan menghantar ke kawasan saya tapi masih tiada respon darinya .

    Bila saya call pada pihak cawangan serahan juga seolah2 tidak memberikan sebarang reaksi positif , malah lebih menyukarkan untuk saya hubungi pihak customer service . Berkali call pada pihak customer service juga tidak mendapat respon .

      The parcel was posted over the counter on 10/4/2020.
      The parcel arrived at poslaju balakong on the 14/4/2020 (4 days journey). Understood, coz over weekend. But until this minute the recipient did not recv it frm balakong off. Several phone calls were made but none being answered. If not for the MCO i would hv advise the recipient to collect personally at balakong office. Hope the parcel still intact. Poor guys u olls at Pos Laju Balakong. Btw there are many more courier services around…. lesson learnt.

  9. Just to check wherethe Pos Malaysia is short of customer service or they are all on holiday ?
    Had been calling since morning 8.30am till 10.30am there is no ans at all. If your customer service is not answering the call then don’t ask your customer to call your toll free no (1300-300-300) for arranging 2nd delivery !

    I sent parcel on 30 January 2018 at Poslaju Balakong, and check with counter the estimated arrival will be Wednesday or Thursday latest.

    But today Saturday 3 February 2018 already, why still not delivered yet? I track parcel online and show latest updated is arrived at delivery facility in Penang at 9.43am on 2 February 2018, why is it not sent out?

    I need the parcel to be delivered by Sunday 4 February 2018 as need to use it on that day. So now how is it? Your staff at Poslaju Balakong assured me that, my parcel will arrived by Thursday 1 February 2018. So now what is going on? Who is going to compensate me for the lost due to non-delivery on time?

    • I bought something online on 1/12/2019. The seller post out my parcel on the 3rd but until today, 23/13/2019, i still havent got my parcel. Upon checking the tracking number, my parcel reached PosLaju KLIA HUB TRANSIT OFFICE on 4/12/2019 at 10.30am and it

    This parcel was sent from Japan to Malaysia. Yet, the address of the parcel was in Batu Caves, and should be sent to Poslaju Batu Caves branch. However, today morning I tracked this tracking number, it has shown this parcel has been delivered to Poslaju Ampang. Then I made the call to the Poslaju Ampang to confirm with them whether this parcel was with them. Poslaju Ampang said was with them, and I requested to collect in Poslaju Ampang. However the staff said I could not collect from them, and then the staff said I have to wait until next Monday to get this parcel cause they wanted to send to Poslaju Batu Caves, but the staff still said I still can try to come to collect. So, I drove far from Batu Caves to Poslaju Ampang to collect this parcel. Once I arrived and approched to them, they said this parcel has been sent to the Puchong hub to send the parcel to Poslaju Batu Caves. Therefore, I have to wait until next Monday to get this parcel insted of Friday. I do not understand why they cannot let me to collect on my own on Friday at first!! I was so depress and upset since I could not able to collect my parcel. But, I still would like to make a complaint about this parcel why Poslaju Hub sorted the Batu Caves parcel to the wrong Poslaju Ampang branch, it supposedly be sorted to the Poslaju Batu Caves!!

    1st mistake .
    Your staff had park his vehicle opposite my house and honned from there. Without getting down and ring the door bell which is very much FUNCTIONAL !

    Your staff didn’t bother to even ask the people who are renovating my house currently. They would have helped

    He called to my phone (I’m at my work place). On first ring it self I picked up his call. And guess what.he started shouting at me.for what?for not coming out of the house after he horned. When I asked him politely ,to which address is he referring to, he yelled at me LIMA PULUH DUA LAH!CEPAT ! again ,calmly I told him, there are family members at home, pls ring the bell or tell the workers who are renovating my house to call them out. Again he shouted and hang up the call!

    The whole process of the phone conversation was handled very rudely by your staff. I’ve seen so many pos Malaysia staffs but never seen this WORST!

Yesterday morning around 11 am I received a call from Pos Laju driver (012-5107932) saying hes already down stair of my apartment and asked me if i can go down to take the parcel, i already answered him i said i cannot because i have a baby with me. Then he keep saying will deliver tomorrow then, i said to him since he’s already downstair, why don’t he just deliver the parcel. Then he just cut off the call like that. A few minutes later, i got SMS that I should collect the parcel my own at Pos Laju Taman Perindustrian Puchong. I believe , this is not my fault since gov already do this MCO , everyone should stay at home. But why I should go collect my own self , since I already paid the cost for courier. Meanwhile , the driver can tell me why he can’t go up stair rather he cut off the call.
    I called again in the evening, and he picked up. I asked him when he can deliver my parcel? Then , he questioned me back, can i go down stair? I asked him again, why cant he go up stair? He then cut off the call again.

Toll free number directs me to give feedback online which I already did and DID NOT GET ANY REPLIES!!! What kind of service is this? How am I supposed to track the status of my parcel? Setakat response ”parcel di caw bdr br bangi” beribu kali semak….apa guna system feedback pos laju??!!! lagi customer service tak dapat go tru untuk complaint.. call tol free boleh go tru tetapi tak boleh cek apa apa status alasan PKP!! ask post mcm tak guna. saya call no yang dikatakan çontack hotline” tapi nombor tak ada dalam perkhidmatan. saya beli barang online sebab nak guna dan ini kah yang dikata katakan pos laju?? sedangkan ada ja van pos laju dan courier yang lain masuk kawasan rumah saya. tetapi brang saya masih x sampai dan TIADA status dan feedback. SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN!!!!!!!!!!!! system OUT! bayaran laju nak claim. upgrate your services LAH!! we paid for your service not free!

  73. My consignment to UK under EE063433952MY sent on 6 April 2020 has not been delivered. Track and Trace last update is on 8 April 2020 and says consign enroute to UK. AskPos keeps referring me back to Track and Trace. Efeedback complaints form cannot be submitted due to system failure.
    Please investigate and revert to me.

Tracking from Poslaju showed that my ordered consignment ERB845925382MY to be delivered to Wong Yiik Chien, 4D Lorong Upper Lanang 32G, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak had been dispatched out from the Pos Laju Transit Office KLIA hub on 8 May 2020 at 03:18:28 a.m. After that, no further tracking or updated information was available. It looked like it stopped processing/progressing, the consignment was stuck there. Please refer to the screenshot tracking information l just got this morning, 15 May 2020 at 0941 a.m.
    Please help to checkout and inform me of further updates on the delivery process of the said consignment.

  79. Hi, i tried calling pos laju kluang for 2 days(18&19/5) but nobody answer the call. I did not receive Delivery Arrangement notice for this tracking no :ERB826557504MY and my parent did not receive any call from delivery man which he mentioned that premises closed. MCO period everyone stay at home, so this delivery attempted fail is not acceptable. Item will only kept for 7 days till 21/5. Kindly arrange second delivery soon before 21/5.

  85. Problem with frontliner pos laju posmen from kuala nerang who is working on 26/5/2020 delivering area bukit laret. Posmen complaint konon mailbox tak kelihatan dan mintak letak luar dari pagar rumah. kita paham akan lambat sebab banyak barang musim pkp covid ni kita tak complain walaupon dah 2 minggu sejak hari dihantar. Tiba2 pos yang kononnya laju ni hantar lewat 2 minggu bukan main nak tutop salah sendiri lambat cari salah pengguna punya mailbox tak kelihatan. Kalau betol posmen tu dah cuba hantar tapi tak jumpak kan ada number fon dua2 penghantar dan penerima, dah tak boleh call jugak hantar ja semula ke penerima. Fix the attitude of that staff the one who is working on that day in that area.
